Ukraine may lift export quotas to sell grain to 12 countries: government
Ukraine's Economy Ministry has proposed to lift quotas for grain exports to deliver grain to Russia, nine other Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries, Georgia and Macedonia, "as Ukraine is under free trade agreements with those countries," local press reported Tuesday.
