VR to recognize collective agricultural companies Law invalid
On Mar 03/09, Verkhovna Rada has adopted as basis draft Law ¹ 2534 “About Altering and Recognizing Inefficient of Some Ukrainian Legislative Acts regarding Collective Agricultural Companies,” reported VR Apparatus Information Administration.
As to Administration, draft Law ¹ 2534 stipulates that Law “About Collective Agricultural Company” should be considered inefficient and therefore changes are to be brought into some other Laws referring to collective agricultural companies activity.
As to report, draft Law is targeted at bringing Ukrainian legislative acts in line with
Ukrainian Constitution, Land Code and Civil Code regulations regarding collective agricultural companies.
