VR adopted changes to farm economies Law
As to Verkhovna Rada Apparatus Information Administration report, on Mar 03/09 Verkhovna Rada has passed Law “About Bringing Changes into Law “About Farm Economies.”
As to report, Law was adopted by 390 people deputies votes.
As to Administration, Law is targeted at improvement of current legislation on farm economies development.
In part., new Law enlarges art. 5 of Law “About Farm Economies” with new part which provides (up to Civil Code regulations) definition of separate farm homestead.
Besides, new Law also brings changes to art. 111 of Law “About Farm Economies,” stipulating that irrevocable financial aid should be granted as well to farm economies located in mountain settlements/marshy scrubs areas defined by Cabinet in due order. Also, newly adopted Law specifies procedure of Ukrainian State Fund for Farm Economies Support finances usage by corresponding farm economies.
