Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan may become observers at Customs Union Board
Customs services of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan will soon form a tripartite board, Russian Federal Customs Service head Andrei Belyaninov said in Minsk on Thursday.
He was taking part in an international conference, "The Customs Union of Belarus, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation: The Present and the Future."
"The formation of this board has been basically approved. We think that Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan may take part in the board's activities as observers," he said.
