Ukraine almost completed harvesting campaign
Ukraine almost completed grain and oilseed harvesting campaign. As of November 6, Ukraine harvested 52.15 mln tonnes of grains, according to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.
The agrarians harvested grains and legumes throughout 14.68 mln ha or 95% of planned areas. An average yield totals 35.5 c/ha.
To date, Ukraine harvested 7.91 mln tonnes of maize throughout 1.74 mln ha (70% from planned areas) with an average yield of 45.6 c/ha.
According to the Ministry, farmers harvested 295.600 tonnes of buckwheat throughout 276.000 ha (99% from planned areas), 234.100 tonnes of millet throughout 136.600 ha (97%), 114.000 tonnes of rice throughout 18.900 ha (96%), 754.900 tonnes of soybeans throughout 481.500 ha (87%).
As of November 6, the agrarians harvested 6.71 mln tonnes of sunseeds throughout 4.13 mln ha (98%) with an average yield of 16.3 c/ha.
