Ukraine closed the EU quota on starch
As of November 26, Ukraine has closed the 10th quota on duty-free exports of agricultural products to the EU, namely on processed starch.
Currently, quotas have been used for honey, groats and flour, malt and wheat gluten, processed tomatoes, grape and apple juices, cereals (corn and wheat), butter and poultry meat. Quotas on starch (95%) and garlic (96%) are almost used.
Starting from October 1, 2018, the second year of additional quotas began to operate in 5 groups of goods, 2 of which have been closed at the end of November: honey and processed tomatoes. Until the end of the year, additional quotas on cereals will operate: wheat and corn have already been used, barley has been used only by 23%.
