On November 16, within the scope of Agritechnica Exhibition, Mriya Agro Holding together with Association Ukrainian Agribusiness Club held the Evening of the Ukrainian Business in Hannover, Germany.

The event hosted more than 70 leading experts in agricultural industry of Ukraine and Germany. They included Oleksandr Sen’, Deputy Minister of the Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, Mykola Guta, Chief Executive Officer of Mriya Agro Holding, Alex Lissitsa, President of Association Ukrainian Agribusiness Club, Franz Georg von Busse, Representative of the Eastern Committee of German Economy, Volker Sasse, Attaché of the German Embassy in Ukraine, management of the manufacturing companies of agricultural machinery- John Deere, Horcsh, Claas, Amazone and manufacturers of plant protecting agents and fertilizers — Bayer, BASF.

«The modernization of the agricultural industry is of utmost importance for ensuring the world demand for food. The representation of the Ukrainian companies, namely, Mriya Agro Holding and Mekhanik, at the largest worldwide exhibition of agricultural machinery shows that the agricultural sector will be ready to take its global part in the near future,» were the comments of Oleksandr Sen’, Deputy Minister of the Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.

«Ukraine is represented at the world largest agricultural exhibition Agritechnica for the first time during the years of its independence. The Evening of the Ukrainian agricultural business, which was held firstly in the framework of this exhibition, was attended by representatives of ministries, embassies, all the famous ag machinery producers and financial institutions o fthe world. It means that Ukraine was, is and will be the great agricultural country!» Alex Lissitsa said, the President of UCAB.

By uniting our efforts, technologies, experience, we will be able to develop the agriculture, our partners, investors while furnishing new opportunities at the time fateful for Europe,» said Olha Perepechaieva, International Projects Manager of Mriya Agro Holding.

«The relations of agrarian Germany and Ukraine are very close. Just for the last 5 years, EUR 70 mln. of German investments were made into Ukrainian agriculture,» supported Franz Georg von Busse, Representative of the Eastern Committee of German Economy.

The guests of the evening were welcomed by Mriya Agro Holding and Mekhanik companies at their exhibition stands. It was for the first time in Agritechnica history that the Company represented Ukrainian business at the exhibition area of 250 sq. m. The exhibition stand of Mriya Agro Holding and Mekhanik companies was implemented under the concept of high technologies with employment of 3D imaging and simulator of real agricultural process. The entertainment for the visitors was rendered by the Ukrainian folk team.

Agritechnica is an exhibition of the world most important achievements in agricultural sector, the meeting point for agricultural and industrial companies, investors and scientists. 2,748 companies from 48 countries including 7 participants from Ukraine take part in the exhibition.
