Surplus of feed grain in Ukraine to push development of biofuel industry
A surplus of new crop feed grain will become the catalyst for the development of cattle breeding and a biofuel industry in Ukraine, Vitaliy Skoszuk, the general director of AMAKO, said on September 25.
For example, Russia plans to create a Ministry of Biofuel and Biotechnologies. To date, in Omsk there is a plant for the processing of feed grain to biofuel being built. Also, in the near future, Russia will open nine new biofuel plants. Kazakhstan introduced a similar program over 1.5 years ago, according to V.Skoszuk. Ukraine can also use the same strategy.
