Russia actively exports wheat

According to the monitoring of experts of APK-Inform Agency, since the beginning of the season (July-June) the Russian ports shipped nearly 400 thsd tonnes of wheat, an increase of over two times compared to the volume exported from the country in the same period last MY (195 thsd tonnes).
Turkey and Egypt still were the main countries-importers of Russian wheat, which purchased 103 and 110 thsd tonnes of the grain in the reporting period, respectively.
As a reminder, on July 1, 2011, Russia canceled the embargo of exports of the major grains, which allowed to the country to re-enter the export market.
