President of Ukraine signed the alterations to the law "About grains and grain market of Ukraine"
Viktor Yushchenko, the president of Ukraine, signed the law #925-VI "About the alteration to the law of Ukraine "About grains and grain market of Ukraine". The text of the corresponding law is based on the Internet site of the head of the state.
The changes, accepted by the parliament on February 5, 2009, specify the procedure of the issue of conformance certificate for grain and by-products storage services, provided by the special authorized governmental body in the sphere of the state control for grains and by-product quality (new wording of document, article 11).
All export-import operations with grains and by-products, except of bakery and macaroni products, should be provided in the presence of grains and by-products quality certificate, given by the state territorial bodies of special authorized governmental body in the sphere of the state control for grains and by-product quality (article 21).
Besides, the law establishes the grounds for refusal of the issue of the mentioned certifications or even their cancellation.
The law will come into force in 30 days after promulgation.
