488 thousand in Ukraine get land certificates
In January-July 2012, Ukrainian land agencies issued to citizens 487,966 public acts on ownership of land, which is almost 48% more than over the same period last year, the press service of the State Agency for Land Resources told UKRINFORM.
"During this period, the number of registered leases increased to 572.89 thousand (or 88%)," the agency said.
During the reporting period, state registrars issued 6.88 thousand certificates on the right to permanent use of land, which is 78% higher than in January-July 2012.
