FAO: Global food prices continue to drop
Food prices dropped for the fourth month in a row in August reaching its lowest level since June 2012, UN Radio says referring to the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) recent report. Consumption of domestic apples up in Ukraine
Over the first five months of this year, Ukraine imported by 42.3% (35,300 tons) of apples less against the same period of the previous year. Reduction of exports also took place by 18.9% (673 tons).
