Europe approves €5.7 billion for Common Fisheries Policy
The European Maritime & Fisheries Fund (EMFF) has been formally adopted by the European Council. The European Union’s fund will provide an estimated €5.7 billion until 2020 to ensure the effective implementation of the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP).

Every fourth agricultural enterprise became unprofitable in 2013
By results of the financial activity of large and medium-sized enterprises of Ukraine in 2013, 24% of the total number of enterprises in agriculture have become unprofitable. In comparison with 2012, this figure has increased by 5.1 points. In money equivalent the amount of losses increased in 2013 by nearly 3 bln UAH or 73.3% and amounted to 7 bln UAH. It was informed by the Association "Ukrainian Agribusiness Club” (UCAB).
