Parliament passes law on transfer pricing
The Verkhovna Rada, Ukraines parliament, on July 4, 2013 approved a bill "On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on transfer pricing" (No. 2515): a total of 321 MPs supported the bill, with 226 votes required for approval.

Agro-industrial companies of Ukraine will attract up to USD 30 billion in investments in the next 10 years, stated the Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food Mykola Prysyazhnyuk. Rada ratifies convention with Cyprus on avoidance of double taxation
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine ratified the Convention between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Cyprus on avoidance of double taxation and prevention of income tax evasion. 244 MPs voted for the ratification.

Early grain crops yield harvested on third of planned areas in Ukraine - Agricultural Policy and Food Ministry
In Ukraine, as of July 3, 6.82 million tons of grain and leguminous crops were thrashed on the acreage of 2.72 million ha (26% of the plan) with average crop capacity reaching 25 centners/ha. The press service of the Agricultural Policy and Food Ministry told Ukrinform about this.

Over 5 months this year the number of livestock significantly increased in Ukraine - cattle by 3.2%, and pigs - by 4.8%.However, the best performance demonstrated the poultry industry. Here the stock has increased by 7.9%. Such results were achieved also due to the state support. That was informed by the Minister of the Agrarian Policy and Food, Mykola Prysyazhnyuk.

The grain yield in 2013/14 MY will become one of the largest harvests over the years of independence
During the 2013/14 marketing year, Ukraine plans to harvest about 54.4 million tons of grain crops and exports about 26.3 million tons. This was stated by the Association "Ukrainian Agribusiness Club" (UCAB).

Meat production up in Ukraine
More than 1.3 million tons of meat was produced in Ukraine over five months, which is 8.5% up against the same period of the previous year. This growth was promoted by the subsidy established this year for cattle grown and cattle for slaughter.
