The Committee recommends to adopt the draft of the agricultural receipts

In particular, the authors of the project define the agricultural receipt to be a document that sets the unconditional obligation of the debtor's receipt of shipping, referred in this document, of agricultural production, quality, quantity, location and time of delivery.
