Ukrainian agrarian companies need 7-10 thd UAH/ha of capital investments in crop production
Volume of financing that is calculated as needs for field works, does not include capital investments, needed for technical and technological re-equipment of production. This was stated by the Association "Ukrainian Agribusiness Club" (UCAB).
To introduce advanced technologies in order to be able to compete in foreign markets, capital investments in the amount of 7-10 thd UAH/ha are needed. Considering the area of cultivated land by Ukrainian agricultural enterprises (about 18 million ha), the need for capital investment in crop production is about 150 billion UAH.
