Salary in agriculture increased by one third
According to State Statistics Service of Ukraine the average salary per worker in agriculture in August 2015 amounted to 3194 UAH, which is 34% more than at the beginning of the year. Only sectors of trade (+41%) and public administration (+39%) showed higher growth rates on the results of the analized period.
However, average salary in agricultural sector is smaller than average rate around Ukraine by 24% (1011 UAH per month) and is fifth from the end in the rating. Only workers of health and social care services, education, hotel and restaurant business, administrative and support services earn less than agricultural workers.
