According to Goskomstat, annually in Ukraine it is produced 10.5 million tons of milk. However, processors use about 4 million tonnes and complain about the lack of quality raw materials. How much actually there are milk in Ukraine? Why our country produces more milk than in Belarus, but the processing is almost twice less? What are the prospects for Ukrainian dairy products in foreign markets?
