ABOUT THE COMMITTEE
The committee's activities are aimed at protecting agricultural producers, UCAB members. The committee’s activities aim at combating the «shadow» sector of the agro-industrial complex by ensuring the payment of official tax payments by all participants in the agro-industrial sector. In addition, the priority task is the constant monitoring of legislative activities, changes to the Tax Code of Ukraine and timely response to actions that contradict international agreements in the field of agriculture and the current legislation of Ukraine.
THE PRIORITY TASKS ARE: [Updated: 28.07.2022]
→ Contributing to ensuring a predictable, fair and transparent tax policy, improving tax administration, including under martial law;
→ Facilitating the resolution of issues related to VAT;
→ Contributing to the resolution of issues related to the administration of fuel circulation, including in the conditions of martial law.
