Yanukovych to meet with Customs Union leaders May 28-29 - source
A meeting of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych with the Customs Union leaders may take place in Astana on May 28-29, during a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, a diplomatic source told reporters.
"We are planning to meet on May 28-29 in Astana, which will host a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council," the source said.
The source also noted that the degree of Ukraines participation in the meeting will depend, in particular, on preparedness of the relevant documents.
As reported, earlier Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych repeatedly noted that in negotiations with the Customs Union Ukraine will defend the position of winning an observer status.
