Ukraine-Belarus trade at $774mn in January-April
The trade between Belarus and Ukraine totaled $774.1 million in January-April 2009, up 47% over the same period in 2008, BelTA learnt from the trade and economic group of the Embassy of Belarus in Ukraine.
The Belarusian export made up $405 million and exceeded the import by $35.9 million.
In January-April 2009, the trade between Belarus and Ukraine surpassed $1.64 billion with a $367 million surplus.
