Ukraine to unblock groats exports
According to announcements of Ukrainian market participants, it is possible to export the most varieties of groats from Ukraine without any problems, with the exception of buckwheat groat.
Almost no one can explain the situation, but most of all, buckwheat became the victim of the political announcements about the groats deficit, noted one of the market operators.
At the same time, according to data of APK-Inform Agency, the enterprises, which passed the customs clearance of groats (except of buckwheat groats), informed that they did not face the essential difficulties with the documents preparation on October 27-29, 2010.
