Ukraine to found the State grain market operator
The Government of Ukraine founded the State food grain corporation of Ukraine, according to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine #764 dd. August 11, 2010.
According to the document, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy has the full power by the state corporate rights managing regarding the state stock company “Khleb Ukrainy”. Also according to the document, the Government will void 36 subsidiary enterprises of the state stock company “Khleb Ukrainy”
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine vests with a function to found the State Company “The State food grain Corporation of Ukraine” and relegate it to the managing sphere of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.
The ownership capital of the company forms by the way of passing-on of the integral property complexes of the subsidiary enterprises of the state stock company “Khleb Ukrainy” to it, which are being voided with further foundation on their base of the separate subdivisions of the company.
The State Operator gets 36 elevators, cereal products plants and grain depots, including Odessa and Nikolayiv port elevators.
The Government vests with a function to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy to certify the company rules within a month term, to foresee that the Cabinet of Ministers fulfills appointment to a post and dismissal from office of the Head of the Company upon recommendations of the Minister of Agrarian Policy.
