The Ministry of Agrarian Policy de-facto hasn’t started to accept documents from traders, who intend to get grain exports quotas.
According to rumors, the documents will be accepted not earlier than from October 28. And on November 03 the Ministry will stop accepting documents. Consequently traders will have only 5 days to process the necessary documents.
Meanwhile the Agrarian Fund continues purchasing on the domestic market. The prices which the Fund offers are expected to increase by approximately 20% in the near future.
