Ukraine, Serbia to sign free trade agreement in autumn
Ukraine and the Republic of Serbia will sign a free trade agreement in autumn.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko said this to journalists on Friday after a meeting with his Serbian counterpart Boris Tadic.
According to Victor Yushchenko, the agreement will be signed during an official visit to B.Tadic to Ukraine in autumn of the current year.
The two states have a big potential of developing their economic ties: only during the last year, the commodity turnover between the countries soared by 71%, Victor Yushchenko noted,
Besides, the Ukrainian President pointed out that Ukraine will support Serbia’s move to join the World Trade Organization.
