Ukraine plans to set up network of 25 wholesale agricultural markets
Over five years Ukraine intends to set up a network of 25 wholesale markets of agricultural products totaling over USD 500 million. It is provided by the state target program approved by the government.
Fulfillment of the program will allow reducing inflation and increasing the fruit and vegetable production volume.
President of the Agrarian Chamber Dmytro Berezovsky noted that the government's decision confirms readiness of the state to support the project which is important for attraction of the EBRD or the World Bank for its financing.
