Ukraine: new General Director of State Food Grain Corporation
The Government of Ukraine stated the General Director of the State enterprise “State Food Grain Corporation Ukraine ”.
In particular, according to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers #2041-r dd. November 1, 2010, Alexander Lavrinchuk is stated as the General Director of State Food Grain Corporation.
As it was previously announced, the Government of Ukraine founded State Food Grain Corporation of Ukraine , which is confirmed by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers #764 dd. August 11, 2010.
According to the document, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy realizes the full powers for managing the corporation rights of the Government regarding the State joint stock company Khleb Ukrainy. Also according to the document, the Government will void 36 subsidiary enterprises of the state stock company “Khleb Ukrainy”.
The Cabinet of Ministers charged to found the Government enterprise State Food Grain Corporation of Ukraine , and relay the company into the sphere of managing of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.
The ownership capital of the company is formed by the way of passing-on of the integral property complexes of the subsidiary enterprises of the state stock company “Khleb Ukrainy” to the capital, which are being voided with further foundation of the separate subdivisions of the company on their base.
The State Operator gets 36 elevators, cereal products plants and grain depots, including Odessa and Nikolayiv port elevators.
