Ukraine: Kernel received the permission to purchase Allseeds Group
On February 25, 2010, Kernel Holding S.A. received the allowance of the Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine to purchase Allseeds group, declared the press-cutting service of the company on February 26.
According to the announcement, the reported permission gives the possibility to Kernel to complete all signed optional agreements, reported on January 14 and February 14, respectively.
The reports are referred to the optional agreement for purchasing of the the controlling block of shares of the group of companies Allseeds at the sum of 42 mln USD, and about the agreement, allowing to purchase 37.6% of shares of minority shareholders.
