Ukraine increased output of agricultural products by 9.1% - State Statistics Committee
During January-July of 2011, the general production of agricultural commodities in Ukraine increased by 9.1% compared to the same period of 2010, including in agricultural enterprises – up 12.2%, and households of the population – up 6.2%, declared the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine.
During 7 months of 2011, agrarian enterprises of Ukraine increased the production volumes of plant growing commodities by 18.2% compared to the same period of 2010.
Agrarian enterprises increased the general volume of sold agricultural products of own actual production by 1% compared to January-July of 2010, including plant growing products – down 7%.
The average selling prices of Ukrainian agricultural products of agrarian enterprises increased by 25% compared to the same period of 2010, including plant growing products – up 48%.
In July 2011, the average selling prices of agricultural products decreased by 7% compared to June 2011, including plant growing products – down 14%.
