Ukraine. In March flour production reached the long term average level for this month. In comparison with February flour production increased by 11%. Despite the production growth in February and March flour stocks decreased due to high demand from bakers and consumers before Easter holidays. UkrAgroConsult believes that flour stocks will regain average levels in April.
In total since the beginning of 2009/10 season Ukraine produced 1.86 MMT of flour that is 9% less than during the same period last season.
