Ukraine: grains and oilseeds dominated in the structure of cargo flow of Nikholaev commercial seaport
In 2009, Nikholaev port (Ukraine) processed 8.01 mln tonnes of cargoes. Last year, grains and oilseeds dominated in the structure of cargo flow of Nikholaev commercial seaport. The port exported nearly 5 mln tonnes of cargoes, declared the media-department of Nikholaev commercial seaport.
In 2009, the port managed to reach the highest level of clean profit during own history at the level of over 60 mln UAH, an increase of 4 times compared to the previous year index, and up 10 times compared to the profit index of 2005. To date, the port nearly completed the foundation of two powerful terminals, which will be launched in 2010.
