Ukraine. EBRD may credit MHP with USD 50 million
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development may extend to open joint stock company Myronivsky Hliboproduct (MHP), a major producer of chicken, a loan of USD 50 million for financing its working capital.
The money must be used both for the purchase of sunflower seeds and other raw material for processing and/or use in the production of fodder, and for implementation of projects aimed at boosting power efficiency of the functioning capacities of the holding. MHP is 100% owned by MHP S.A. (Luxembourg), a holding company put on the London Stock Exchange lists. The group also produces grain crops, sunflower oil, beef, potato and other foods.
