UCAB and Sagri signed a Memorandum of Cooperation

Ukrainian Agribusiness Club Association (UCAB) and the Japanese startup Sagri have signed a Memorandum of Understanding. Within the framework of the Memorandum, the parties agreed to establish a strategic partnership that will accelerate the innovative development of the agricultural sector in the process of the industry's recovery. By combining Sagri's experience in satellite data and AI with UCAB's extensive agricultural network and experience in supporting agricultural companies, this partnership will allow for a deeper analysis of the state of agricultural lands using data, while simultaneously promoting initiatives that increase productivity and reduce environmental impact. The partnership's plans include: Furthermore, through collaboration with international food and beverage producers, this initiative aims to build sustainable supply chains, support the recovery of Ukraine's agricultural sector, and create a model for global climate change solutions. The project will also improve data in soil management and the cultivation of large agricultural land areas, contributing to the decarbonization of the agricultural sector. On behalf of UCAB, the Memorandum was signed by President Alex Lissitsa, and on behalf of Sagri, by CEO and Founder Shunsuke Tsuboi. UCAB expresses its sincere gratitude for the trust and hopes that together we can achieve significant success in the recovery and sustainable development of Ukraine's agricultural sector.
