Tymoshenko will held “village day” in Cabinet May 23/09
While opening Cabinet meeting, Premier Yuliya Tymoshenko declared she will hold May 23/09 all-Ukrainian conference on social and economic development of rural settlements participated by villages/townships councils Heads.
Premier said conference is planned to elaborate rural areas situation improvement actions algorithm on legislative and Government Decrees levels.
Tymoshenko commissioned all Ministers to begin conference preparation. She said preparation should be done sectionally; each section (e.g. budgetary or social) should prepare its draft normative acts package.
Premier admitted presently villages/townships councils Heads are also working on problems revealing.
“All problematic aspects of legislation, Government Decrees and interbudgetary distribution are being revealed now. Presently we elaborate large-scale program, − which will be used to work out measures for current situation improvement together with villages/townships councils Heads,” recapitulated Premier.
