The price for food wheat decreased
During the corresponding week (28.08.-04.09.2015) a diversified trend took place on the grain market. The average purchase price for wheat of the 3rd class decreased by 100 UAH/t and amounted to 3000 UAH/t, due to reduced demand on the domestic market and reduced prices on the international market.
A sideways price trend prevailed on the market of feed wheat, barley and maize. Average purchase prices remained at the level of the previous week. Price of feed wheat, barley and maize constituted 2800 UAH/t, 3000 UAH/t and 2900 UAH/t respectively. Sideways trend (flat) was caused by stable demand for products in the domestic market and downward price trend on the international market.
