Spring sowing campaign provided at 50%
The Agrarian Policy Ministry estimates provision with financial resources for carrying out a complex of spring field works at UAH 12 billion (USD 1/UAH 8.0025) that makes up 50% of the necessary resources.
The Agrarian Policy Ministry counts on allocation about UAH 5 billion for the sowing campaign by commercial banks and hopes that in the budget for 2010 about UAH 2 billion will be envisaged for partial making credits less expensive.
In addition, in the nearest future, the Agrarian Fund should begin forward purchases. It is expected that in such a way the agrarians will get about UAH 1 billion.
