Sandora launches own electric power station
The Sandora Ltd., one of the largest producers of juices and soft drinks in Ukraine, invested USD 5 million to launch an electric power station in the southern part of Ukraine, the company press service informed.
The electric power station will produce up to 90% of heat energy used to heat the plant's premises, as well as to produce cold to cool technological equipment - juice pasteurizers. This project is one of the stages of a global program of natural resources' rational use by the PepsiCo Company, the Sandora is a part of this company since 2007.
