Russia: Rosinteragroservice to purchase Azov Grain Terminal
The Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation took decision to satisfy the petition of Rosinteragroservice Ltd. concerning purchasing of the 100% share in the authorised capital stock of Azov Grain Terminal Ltd., declared the press-cutting service of the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
The main variety of business activity of Azov Grain Terminal is transport processing of cargoes.
Rosinteragroservice deals with realization of foreign trading and intermediate operations for purchasing of agricultural products at the territory of the Russian Federation for the further selling or exports.
As a reminder, to date, Azov Grain Terminal, which previously was owned by Yugtransitservice, is the part of the structure of Valars Group. In 2009, the company exported 334.18 thsd tonnes of grains through the terminal, which totals 9.7% from the general export volumes of the company.
