The North Caucasian District harvested grains throughout 2.4 mln ha (87% of the areas). The production volumes totaled 9 mln tonnes, against 7.8 mln tonnes in the previous two years each. Grain yield in the present year reached 37.3 c/ha as opposed to 32.2 c/ha in 2010, and 30.6 c/ha in 2009.

In 2011, the average yield totaled 15.9 c/ha against 15.2 c/ha in 2010.

The Far Eastern Federal District harvested grains and leguminous crops throughout 271.2 thsd ha (81% of the areas), and produced 511.5 thsd tonnes of grains, against 197.7 thsd tonnes last year. The average yield totaled 18.9 c/ha against 10.3 c/ha in 2010, and 16.3 c/ha in 2009.

The Urals District harvested grains throughout 2.6 mln ha (70% of the areas), and produced 5.6 mln tonnes against 3.4 mln tonnes in 2010, and 4.7 mln tonnes in 2009). The average yield in the District totaled 21.5 c/ha as opposed to 13.3 c/ha in 2010, and 15.3 c/ha in 2009.

Agrarians harvested wheat (winter and spring) throughout the areas of 23.2 mln ha (90% of the sowing areas). The production volumes totaled 55.8 mln tonnes of the grain (in 2010 - 40.4 mln tonnes). The average yield totaled 24.1 c/ha (in 2010 - 19.7 c/ha, in 2009 – 25 c/ha).

Russian agrarians harvested barley (winter and spring) throughout the areas of 7.4 mln ha (93% of the areas), and produced 17.1 mln tonnes of the grain (in 2010 – 8.2 mln tonnes, in 2009 - 18 mln tonnes). The average yield totaled 22.9 c/ha (in 2010 - 17.4 c/ha).

Agricultural enterprises harvested buckwheat throughout the areas of 516.2 thsd ha (57% of the areas). The production volumes totaled 528.5 thsd tonnes of the grain (in 2010 – 315.5 thsd tonnes, in 2009 – 243.9 thsd tonnes). The average yield totaled 10.2 c/ha (in 2010 - 7 c/ha, in 2009 - 9.6 c/ha).

Agrarians harvested maize for grain throughout the areas of 449.3 thsd ha (26% of the areas). The production volumes totaled 2 mln tonnes of the grain (in 2009 – 1.9 mln tonnes, in 2009 – 775.4 thsd tonnes). The average yield totaled 44.3 c/ha (in 2010 - 27.6 c/ha, in 2009 - 35.5 c/ha).

Agrarians harvested soybean throughout the areas of 471.8 thsd ha (39% of the sowing areas), and produced 759.9 thsd tonnes (in 2010 – 472.3 thsd tonnes, in 2009 – 154.3 thsd tonnes). The average yield totaled 16.1 c/ha (in 2010 - 12.1 c/ha, in 2009 - 13.4 c/ha).

Russia harvested rapeseed (winter and spring) throughout 676.9 thsd ha (74% of the areas), produced 841.5 thsd tonnes (in 2010 – 561.9 thsd tonnes, in 2009 - 522 thsd tonnes). The average yield totaled 12.4 c/ha (in 2010 - 12 c/ha, in 2009 - 13.1 c/ha).

Agrarians provided sowing of winter grains in the Russian Federation throughout the areas of 12.2 mln ha, or 67% of the forecast of sowing areas.
