Russia produced 355 thsd tonnes of new crop grains
Agricultural enterprises of the Southern and North Caucasian Federal Districts of the Russian Enterprises started the harvesting campaign of winter barley and wheat, declared the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia on June 30.
According to operative data, agrarians produced 355 thsd tonnes of grains throughout 75.9 thsd ha, with the average yield of 46.8 c/ha.
Agricultural enterprises of the Southern and North Caucasian Federal Districts will start the mass harvesting campaign of grains and leguminous plants in the first decade of July 2011.
