Quota for Russian ammonia transportation set at 1.76mln tons for 2010
A quota for Russian ammonia transportation via Ukrainian ammonia line in 2010 is set at 1.76 million tons, the Industrial Policy Ministry press service informed.
A relevant agreement was reached at a meeting of the Ukraine-Russia working group in Kyiv headed by Deputy Industrial Policy Minister Serhiy Hryshchenko.
At the meeting, in particular, a problem of ammonia transportation via Ukrtranskhimamiak line was considered, the state of affairs in the sector was discussed, as well as prospects for the next year. By results of the meeting, a protocol was signed determining a quota for Russian ammonia transportation via Ukrainian ammonia line in 2010.
In 2009, the volume of Russian ammonia transportation made up 1.680 million tons.
