Over 1.9 million tons of oil bearing crops sold in Ukraine's exchange market
According to the agricultural policy ministry, the volume of trade in oil-bearing crops of the 2009 harvest in Ukraine's exchange market totaled 1.915 million tons, including 879,000 tons on the spot and 1.036 million tons on the forward terms.
Particularly, 6,580 tons were sold under domestic contracts, and 1.9 million tons on export contracts.
The volume of trade in sunflower seeds reached 69,523 tons, rape almost 1.669 million tons, and soy 113,278 tons.
