Obolon starts exporting malt
The brewing company Obolon has started exporting barley malt of own production. Slovenia, Russia, Germany and the Baltic countries expressed interest in the product. Capacity of the malthouse reaches 120,000 tons of malt per year. In 2009 the company may export up to 10,000 tons. Besides, the company negotiates supply of dry granulated spent grains to Poland and UK.
