Ministry of Agrarian Policy promulgated fat-and-oil industry companies work draft Decree
As of May 14/09, Ministry of Agrarian Policy has published on its official website additionally elaborated draft Decree “About Approving of Stock-Taking Procedure for Recourses, Materials and Ready Products at Fat-And-Oil Industry Companies” in order to receive remarks/suggestions on draft Decree and analyze its regulatory effect.
As to Ministry, draft Decree adoption is targeted at creation of favorable work conditions for various forms ownership/management fat-and-oil companies, improvement of oil crops seeds/processed products operations registration and unification, establishing of food chain tracking principle (which is one of basic principles assuring EU countries food safety provision), improvement of regulation of economic relations between fat-and-oil recourses processors and economic entities which are recourses/materials suppliers and ready products purchasers.
