Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine expects for overfulfillment of grain exports plan
The Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine expects that the for plan for grain exports will be overfulfilled and exceed the level of 25 mln tons in the current marketing year (July 1, 2008, – June 30, 2009), declared Valentina Zavalevskaya, the Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy, on May 19.
According to her, Ukraine shows rather high rates of grain exports.
To date, the country has already exported 23 mln tons of grains, noticed V.Zavalevskaya.
As a reminder, previously the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, declared that the export volumes of grains would total nearly 25 mln tons in the current year.
