Milk will rise in price by 5% at minimum - Agropolis
By the year end, milk in Ukraine will rise in price by 15% at the minimum, experts of the Agropolis group of companies forecast, UKRINFORM correspondent reports.
According to the State Statistics Committee, milk production reduces every year approximately by 1,000 tons, and over 10 months of 2009, a drop is fixed in 18 regions.
A reason, according to experts, is both in total reduction of production and in decrease of the cow livestock.
Large players of the milk sector forecast that in November-December milk will rise in price by 15% at the minimum.
