MilCo Holding allowed to acquire Milk Alliance
MilCo Holding (Holland) has obtained permission of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine on acquisition of shares in the Kiev-based holding company Milk Alliance which comprises 11 enterprises that turn out dairy products. As a result of the deal, MilCo Holding will have more than 50% of votes in the supreme management body of Milk Alliance.
