Land sales in Kyiv region 3.5% down in October
Some 1,211 land sale and purchase deals were signed in Kyiv region in October 2011, which is 3.5% down on September 2011, while the decline in September was 13.9% compared to August 2011, SV Development has told Interfax-Ukraine.
Land sales fell by 30.3% in October 2011 compared to October 2010.
In general, in January-October 2011 the number of transactions was down by 16.2% compared to 2010, to 12,564.
SV Development has been working in Ukraine since 2005 in the segment of consulting, assessment and the sale on the market of land, residential and commercial real estate.
