Investment of Real in its first hypermarket totals EUR 21mn
Investment of Real Group in its first hypermarket in Ukraine amounted to EUR 21mn (USD 31.36mn). The store with the total area of 12,500m2 has become an anchor tenant of the shopping centre Riviera Shopping City in Odessa. The range of the hypermarket includes 30,000 names of goods. In the future, it will expand. About 60% of the range is positioned in the lower price category, 30% in the medium one, and 10% in the premium category.
