Industrial Milk Company finished placement of UAH 200 M worth of bonds
According to the Chief Executive Officer of IMC, “Burat-Agro”, one of the subsidiaries of the company has finished placement of UAH 200 M worth of bonds. CEO also stated that the funds attracted will be used for financing the company itself, including increase of the land bank to 120 thousand hectares, update equipment used by the company as well as the infrastructure. Underwriters of the procedure were VTB Capital and Investment Capital Ukraine.
AgroInvest comment: IMC has a good run so far in terms of its financial results and in due to the fact that it is a growing company, we expect it attracting more funds in the future.
